- Almond flour - 50 grams

Steps
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 30 ml of boiling water and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg until frothy. Gradually fold the egg into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
