- Ladyfingers - 12 pieces

- Halal gelatine - 1 teaspoon (optional for stability)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. If using gelatine, dissolve it in a tablespoon of water and fold it in as well.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- In serving glasses or a small dish, arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
