- Cherry tomatoes - 4, halved (for garnish)
Steps
- Wash the cucumber and slice it into 1 cm thick rounds.
- In a bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, ripe avocado, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Mash the mixture with a fork until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Take a cucumber slice and spoon a generous amount of the tuna and avocado mixture on top.
- Repeat with the remaining cucumber slices until all are topped.
