Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 large
  • Canned tuna in olive oil - 150 grams
  • Ripe avocado - 1 medium
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes - 4, halved (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber and slice it into 1 cm thick rounds.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, ripe avocado, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mash the mixture with a fork until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  4. Take a cucumber slice and spoon a generous amount of the tuna and avocado mixture on top.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cucumber slices until all are topped.
  6. Garnish each tartine with a half cherry tomato on top.
