  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Arrange the sourdough bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
