  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (halved)
  • Balsamic glaze - 1 tablespoon (for drizzling)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cannellini beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the bean mixture until creamy but still slightly chunky.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until well combined.
