- Avocado - 1 medium, diced
- Microgreens or salad greens - for garnish
Steps
- Start by finely dicing the fresh tuna into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped capers, finely diced red onion, and chopped parsley to the tuna.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the tuna.
- Prepare the plate by placing a ring mold in the center and filling it with the tuna mixture, pressing down gently.
- Remove the ring mold and arrange diced avocado around the tartare.
