  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and chopped
  • Red onion - 2 tablespoons, finely diced
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Microgreens or salad greens - for garnish

Steps

  1. Start by finely dicing the fresh tuna into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped capers, finely diced red onion, and chopped parsley to the tuna.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the tuna.
  5. Prepare the plate by placing a ring mold in the center and filling it with the tuna mixture, pressing down gently.
  6. Remove the ring mold and arrange diced avocado around the tartare.
  7. Garnish with microgreens or salad greens for an appealing presentation.
