Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
