- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
- Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the skewers by threading the marinated beef cubes, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper pieces, and red onion wedges alternately onto the skewers.
- Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
