Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, prepare the skewers by threading the marinated beef cubes, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper pieces, and red onion wedges alternately onto the skewers.
  5. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
