  • 'Nduja - 50 grams

  • Arugula - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, shaved

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the halal ground beef, 'nduja, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 2 patties.
