- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
