- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the cleaned mussels to the skillet along with the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cover the skillet and steam the mussels for about 5-7 minutes, or until they open up.
- Once the mussels are cooked, remove the lid and toss in the spiralized zucchini. Stir gently to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is slightly tender.
