Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the mackerel fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the mackerel fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared fillets to a baking dish and drizzle honey over them.
