Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the mackerel fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
