  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, rinsed and chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the mackerel fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake the mackerel in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
