Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease two ramekins with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, erythritol, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese to the egg mixture and blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or blender.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared ramekins.
