Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yogurt mixture until no white streaks remain.
  4. Chop the fresh berries and fold them gently into the mixture.
