Steps
- Cook the seaweed noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for 3-5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they soften.
- Add the cooked seaweed noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss again.
