  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the seaweed noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for 3-5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they soften.
  6. Add the cooked seaweed noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss again.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
