- Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Scallops - 150 grams, cleaned
- White wine - 50 ml
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Season the seafood mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, tossing gently to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh basil.
