- Zucchini - 2 medium

- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped

- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zoodles. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque.
