- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Prawns - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Calamari - 100 grams, sliced
- Lemon - 1, juiced
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced shallot, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes until softened.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, fish stock, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to develop the flavors.
- Add the prawns, mussels, and calamari to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened and the prawns are cooked through.
