  • Salt - to taste

  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the olive oil mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Scatter the capers over the fillets and top with chopped parsley.
