- Pork sausage (preferably organic and grass-fed) - 300g
- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- Fresh sage - 3 leaves
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sea salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150g
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped sage, sea salt, and black pepper with the pork sausage. Mix well and form into two sausage links.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the sausages are grilling, toss the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vegetables to the grill for the last 8-10 minutes of cooking, turning until they are tender and charred.
