  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then brush them with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip the fillets carefully.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture over the salmon and add the butter to the skillet.
