Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, diced bell pepper, sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the vegetables, mixing well to coat.
