  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, diced bell pepper, sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the vegetables, mixing well to coat.
