Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the Arborio rice, almond milk, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy.
