- Artichoke hearts, marinated - 50 grams
- Black olives, pitted - 50 grams
- Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 30 cm (12 inch) round base.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the artichoke hearts in one quarter of the pizza, the black olives in another quarter, the sliced bell pepper in the third quarter, and the sliced mushrooms in the fourth quarter.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with dried oregano and salt to taste.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
