Steps
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- In a bowl, mix the halved cherry tomatoes with minced garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, about 10-12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the marinated cherry tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Scatter the sliced black olives over the tomatoes.
- Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.
