Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated.
- Place the pork tenderloin on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
