  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced

  • Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet, searing on all sides until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
