  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside to rest.
