Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool slightly. Once cool, cut the tentacles into manageable pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  4. Add the octopus pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
