Ingredients

  • Canned tuna (in water) - 200 grams, drained
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, almond flour, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Shape the tuna mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
  4. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the skillet, cooking them for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with a side of salad or a dipping sauce of your choice.
