- Canned tuna (in water) - 200 grams, drained
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, almond flour, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Shape the tuna mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
- Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the skillet, cooking them for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve warm, optionally with a side of salad or a dipping sauce of your choice.
