Ingredients

  • Ricotta cheese - 250 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Egg - 1 large
  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for drizzling

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and egg. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Using your hands, form small balls (about the size of a golf ball) from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over each ball to help them brown.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden and firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
