  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons for cooking

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands or a spoon.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized meatballs, about 75 grams each.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the skillet.
  5. Cook the meatballs for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
