- Egg - 1 large

- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons for cooking
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands or a spoon.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized meatballs, about 75 grams each.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the skillet.
- Cook the meatballs for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
