Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 3-4 cm in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches to avoid overcrowding.

- While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the spiralized zucchini as a fresh pasta alternative.
