  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, almond flour, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and the egg.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, using your hands or a fork.
