Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce, no sugar added - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 10-12 meatballs, ensuring they are evenly sized.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the tomato sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, serve them warm with the heated tomato sauce drizzled over the top.
