- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce, no sugar added - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 10-12 meatballs, ensuring they are evenly sized.
