  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, red chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
