Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a baking dish, arrange the sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the vegetables in the baking dish.
