Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Slowly whisk in 150 grams of polenta, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook the polenta for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, and 50 grams of diced mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
