  • Nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Slowly whisk in 100 grams of polenta, reduce the heat to low, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  3. In a separate saucepan, gently heat 250 ml of milk with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon until warm but not boiling.
  4. Once the polenta is cooked, remove it from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
