- Mozzarella cheese (cubed) - 100 grams
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring 600 milliliters of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Slowly whisk in 150 grams of polenta to avoid lumps, stirring continuously.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the polenta is thick and creamy.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in 30 grams of butter and 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cubed mozzarella cheese and stir until just melted.
- Season with black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
