  • Water - 600 milliliters
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (cubed) - 100 grams
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 600 milliliters of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Slowly whisk in 150 grams of polenta to avoid lumps, stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the polenta is thick and creamy.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in 30 grams of butter and 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Add the cubed mozzarella cheese and stir until just melted.
  6. Season with black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
