Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small circle, about 10 cm in diameter.
  3. Brush both sides of each dough circle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Place the dough circles on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they start to puff up and get grill marks.
  5. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each grilled dough base.
  6. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese, sliced zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizzette from the grill and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
