Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Preheat a pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Once heated, lightly grease the pizzelle maker with a little butter or oil.
