Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the crumbled vegan sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli rabe, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the greens are tender but still bright.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the nutritional yeast and vegan mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
