  • Cooked chicken breast, diced - 50 grams
  • Cooked ham, diced - 50 grams
  • Artichoke hearts, quartered - 50 grams
  • Mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to a 25 cm (10-inch) round.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. On one quarter of the pizza, evenly distribute the diced chicken breast.
  6. On the second quarter, add the diced ham.
  7. On the third quarter, place the quartered artichoke hearts.
  8. On the fourth quarter, add the sliced mushrooms.
  9. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  10. Top the entire pizza with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  11. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  12. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
