Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to a 25 cm (10-inch) round.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- On one quarter of the pizza, evenly distribute the diced chicken breast.
- On the second quarter, add the diced ham.
- On the third quarter, place the quartered artichoke hearts.
- On the fourth quarter, add the sliced mushrooms.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Top the entire pizza with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
