  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
