- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Spread the sautéed zucchini evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
