- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tuna in olive oil, drained - 150 grams
- Black olives, sliced - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out into a pizza shape, about 1cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the drained tuna evenly over the crust, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
