Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tuna in olive oil, drained - 150 grams
  • Black olives, sliced - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out into a pizza shape, about 1cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Spread the drained tuna evenly over the crust, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
