  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano until well combined.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
