  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 60 grams
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
